Vegeta Head Tutorial

Making a tutorial is harder than I thought. I never know if I'm showing enough detail. This was sort of a rough idea of what I want to do, so let me know where I can improve and how much more explaining you need. Especially if you are a beginner. My goal is to make this as easy and fun as possible, so I'm always open to changes. 

And don't worry, I will be going into details for Eyes and stuff!
